Use of any of the materials used in this website for use on any other Internet site or for any use other than that for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Pass & Move nor any of their directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the materials in and/or facilities or services offered through the website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if Pass & Move have been advised of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. If this clause is unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction due to relevant laws, then in no event shall Pass & Move's total liability to you for all damages, losses and claims exceed the amount paid by you for accessing this website.

Pass & Move may suspend or discontinue the website or your access to the website at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. You agree that as the Internet uses elements and relies on services, input and facilities which are not within the control of Pass & Move and if Pass & Move is totally or partially prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations in providing a particular service, such a situation will constitute a 'force majeure' and Pass & Move shall be excused the performance for so long as the situation endures. These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and, by using this website, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts. Those who choose to access this website do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent any local laws are applicable.

Pricing and availability

All our prices are in £GBP (Pounds Sterling) and include VAT where applicable.

Our Invitation Only Courses are only available after selection at our Trials. You should not send monies for courses until you receive Confirmation of a place at one of the courses.

Our Open Courses are available to all players if they are within the age limits listed.

Spaces for all our courses are limited. This is to maintain the quality of our coaching. If you are not successful in your application for the course you chose, you may be offered a place at one of our other courses.

Cancellations / refunds / replacements

Pass & Move reserves the right to cancel Courses and/or Trials due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be given in this event.

If you cannot attend a Course or Trial after having paid for it, you must notify us immediately. However, refunds cannot be given for Courses or Trials missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies or any other event outside the control of Pass & Move. We suggest you take out private insurance for such circumstances if you wish to protect yourself.

If you cancel your application for a Course or Trial within seven days of us receiving your application, you are entitled to a full refund. However any cancellation after this time is at the discretion of Pass & Move. Any such cancellation will result in you forfeiting your place on that Course or Trial, if you receive a refund or not. This is because spaces on our Courses and Trials are limited (some by invitation only) - your cancellation will allow us to give your place to someone else and we cannot reinstate you if that has happened.

If you have ordered merchandise by post, email or via the website, you have up to seven days after receiving the goods in which to cancel the order and receive a full refund. The full refund depends on the goods being returned to us in perfect condition and at your expense. Notification to us after seven days invalidates your entitlement to a full refund unless the goods are damaged or not as described.

If you wish to return goods that you have received that are damaged or not as described, you have seven days after receipt to cancel the order and receive a full refund. In such circumstances you are entitled to either a full refund or replacement goods. Return and/or replacement of goods in such circumstances will be at our expense.

Goods purchased in person are only to be refunded or replaced if they are damaged or not as described. Goods that are the wrong size, wrongly selected or that you simply no longer want are not refundable or replaceable.

If you wish to return goods, you must not wear them and be certain the fault was not caused by misuse, an accident, normal wear and tear or not following the care label. All refunds/replacements must be accompanied by proof by purchase.

Refunds/replacements will be made within 28 days of our receipt of returned goods.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our brochures, advertisements and web pages are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Pass & Move and the recipient.

Information about courses are subject to change without notice due to availability of venues and staffing, although every effort will be made to keep to information already supplied. Refunds are not applicable if course content changes due to unavailability of venues and staffing or substitutions are made which in the opinion of Pass & Move would improve the content of the course.

Delivery policy

Delivery for merchandise in our shop is to the UK only. Payment can be made from other countries but delivery is strictly to the UK only.

Confirmation of application

Application for a Trial does not mean you are confirmed to attend.

2 weeks before your Trial we will confirm your timeslot and Trial number, as well as give you details of what to bring and how to get there.

Spaces for our Trials are limited. This is to maintain the quality of our trialists. If you are not successful in your application of a Trial your fee will be refunded within 4 weeks.

Please allow 2 weeks after your Trial for Course confirmation letters to be processed.

Spaces for our Courses are limited. This is to maintain the quality of our participants, particularly on our Elite Player Courses. If you are not successful in your application for the Course you chose, you may be offered a place at one of our other Courses. You will be sent details of whatever Course you are offered in this event.
