Our staff consists of ex-professional footballers and Uefa-qualified Academy coaches, as well as professional physiotherapists and psychologists who work in the football industry. All our staff are CRB-checked by the Police.

Guest Coaches
  • Ricardo Moniz Dutch Master Ricardo is the Assistant Manager at German club Hamburg SV and protege of the Coerver coaching method.
    Previous clubs: PSV Eindhoven, RKC Waalwijk, Helmond Sport, FC Eindhoven.
  • Steve Sedgley Sedge is currently a Youth team coach at Luton Town. An FA Cup winner at Spurs, he has also managed Kingstonian FC.
    Previous clubs: Tottenham Hotspur, Coventry City, Wolves, Ipswich Town.
  • Danny Maddix After 14 years at QPR, Danny coached the under-12s at the Spurs Youth Academy. Danny is now a sought-after Personal Trainer.
    Previous clubs: QPR, Sheffield Wednesday, Barnet, Southend United.
  • Mark Dempsey Demps coaches the 13-16 year olds at Manchester United's famous Academy at Carrington.
    Previous clubs: Manchester United, Swindon Town, Sheffield United, Chesterfield, Rotherham United.
  • Alan Paris A fine fullback, Alan is now a successful schools coach who also managed Harrow Borough.

  • Stuart Slater Stuart is the Skills Coach at West Ham's famous Academy, which continues to produce great youth players.
    Previous clubs: West Ham United, Celtic, Ipswich Town, Leicester City , Watford.
  • Stewart Castledine A member of the original 'Crazy Gang', 9 years in the Premiership. Stewart is now Head of Football at Soccerex.
    Previous clubs: Wimbledon, Wycombe Wanderers.
  • John Taylor An ex-player/manager of Cambridge United, John is the club's record goal scorer.
    Previous clubs: Cambridge United, Bristol Rovers, Bradford City, Luton Town, Northampton Town.
  • Hassan Suliaman A product of Arsenal's youth Academy, Hassan suffered a career-ending knee injury and is now a Fulham Academy coach.
    Previous clubs: Arsenal, Aldershot Town, Crawley Town, St Albans City.

  • Perry Suckling Perry is the Goalkeeping Coach at Tottenham Hotspur's Youth Academy.
    Previous clubs: Crystal Palace, Manchester City, Coventry, West Ham, Watford, Brentford, Doncaster Rovers.
  • Vic Bettinelli Vic is the Goalkeeping Coach at Fulham's Youth Academy and Bermuda national team. Check out his 'Masterclass Goalkeeping' DVD.

Head Coach
  • Trevor Gray Trevor used to be a youth development coach for a Premiership club and is a Premier League-endorsed football scout. He has devised and organised the coaching programme for the Pass & Move courses and has the FA Youth Coaches Certificate and FA Youth Coaches Award.

Physiotherapist
  • Simon Parsell Simon is the resident Team Physiotherapist for Rushden & Diamonds FC. His expertise and on-site fully-equipped Medical and Rehabilitation Room has been vital to the healthy running of the Elite Players Course.
Sports Psychologists
  • Wayne Holmes Wayne is a qualified NLP self-development coach who talks to the players about having Mental Toughness. Holds the FA Youth Coaches Award.
  • Trevor Gray Trevor is a sports performance and life coach, and used to be a youth talent development coach for a Premiership club.
  • Phil Johnson Phil is an FA-endorsed Sports Psychologist and works for Tony Adams's Sporting Chance Clinic where he is a counsellor for sports people.
Nutritionists
  • Nick Cook Nick was in the British Army for 9 years. Talks to players about pre- and post-match foods, as well as how important it is to drink the correct liquids to keep properly hydrated for maximum performance.
  • James Collier James runs the MuscleTalk forum for sports people as well as his own Healthy Action company that advise on sensible eating and lifestyle decisions.
Guest Lecturers/Coaches
  • Dermot Gallagher Dermot has refereed more first class games than any other referee. He only retired last year at age 50 and was a FIFA referee for 8 years.
  • Joe McLaughlin Ex-Chelsea captain Joe runs a sports scholarship scheme for US universities where players can play as well as study for a degree.
  • Clive Gilby International athlete Clive runs 'Speed Doctors', helping Premiership footballers run faster and smarter.
  • Billy Wingrove 'The World's best freestyler' - Billy shows the players how they can improve their skills if they have the desire to practice.

  • Russ Fraser Russ runs things behind the scenes as well as being an FA-qualified coach who holds the FA Youth Coaches Award.
