Every boy grows up with the dream of becoming a professional footballer. However few get to realise it.
The way to the top is a long and hard road, where players get picked up the Academies and Centres of Excellence of the major clubs who take on literally thousands of young boys, in the hope that amongst them is a gem or two they can pass on to the first team squad.
Pass & Move have seen many of these boys have their dreams shattered as they are rejected by clubs and sometimes shunned by others, just because one club has let them go. "There must be something not right with them if XXX has let them go" etc.

The concept of the Pass & Move Elite Soccer School is to help and encourage these boys to find another club, allow late developers to showcase themselves sometimes for the first time, and to help boys who have been rejected by clubs to see a life beyond, that the major clubs are not the only choice for them to enjoy their footballing life.

We have UEFA-qualified coaches and our courses are by invitation only - only those selected from our Trials are invited. Players train at professional venues and at our Elite Players Course play matches to showcase their talents in front of scouts, managers and coaches. They also have football career, fitness, nutritional and psychological advice by experts.
